Hello, my name is Tessa Montross i currently work at the jacksonville illinois plant that makes the hefty garbage bags. I am currently trying to train for a machiene operator but the person that is the "boss" of the group i am in which is J group, treats me bad and keeps pulling me off the line to have me do packing. She told me she will keep doing it and get me taken off the temp to hire list. Because she was told I was pissed and i was going to go to the Assistant plant manager. She told me if I don't like it i can leave, or she can walk me out. I don't like being treated unfair and being treated rudely. Please something needs to be done. The line I am on 126 does not get a break because the person that works here full time packer/reliever that has been here for 7 years or more refuses to learn this line or relieve the people on this line. So, there has to be 2 people to do 1 person job in order to get breaks. We work 12 hours a day.
