Unfair customer treatment

Amazon accounts have closed my account for allegedly it being linked to another account that has violated their terms and conditions. I have explained by email that I know absolutely nothing about this and they are refusing to speak to me with the details only to correspond by email telling me they have reviewed it and stand by their decision. I have explained that it would seem that my account has been hacked in some way or form and to try and resolve it. On 21st July 2021 Amazon have taken £222 from my bank account and will not explain what it is for. I would like someone from amazon to phone me directly on [protected] and explain in detail what the problem is and to hear my complaint. I have spent a substantial amount of money with amazon over a number of years and the way I have been treat is deplorable.
