Upon arriving at the store , I tried to make a payment on my credit account. The credit specialist (m61f) made a mistake with the payment and tried to make it seem like I did something wrong. She continued taking care of other customers and never paid any attention to me after waiting for her to help me , which took longer than 40 minutes she found no solutions and at the end of the transaction didn't even apologize. I will never shop at your store again or ever recommend your company to anyone again. All managers stood around and no one asked to assist me. After spending 12000 in your store in the last 6 month I went to lazy next door and bought what I needed User's recommendation: Horrible experience and will never buy anything from this company again.
