I rented a car for 2 days through CarFlexi. I paid the rental contract in full, but upon returning the car, I was charged an extra US$161.11 (double the rental agreement). Avis says the contract was not unlimited mileage - CarFlexi's voucher says it was. I have emailed CarFlexi almost 12 times now - but 3 weeks later I still have no response from them. Their chat line is completely unsupportive and refuse to help - citing I have to go via the email address (Which never gets answered). I have now been charged a second time by Avis on my credit card - again unexplained. CarFlexi have again ignored all correspondence - not even an acknowledgement email
