This is one of the worst managed properties in the history of apartments. They are not business savvy in this complex! You will receive nothing but unnecessary stress and headaches dealing with this company. Along with liars in the office, and change of management or employees every 3 to 4months. Due to the harassment from the front office staff, typically the property manager I decided to leave. The rent changes every month without justification, rhyme or reason! (in which nobody can explain) Paying your rent on time means nothing because they are out of touch with the times and need a new system for receiving funds and keeping track of their books. Left and had a 0 balance. Months later received notice there was a balance and now of course can't contact the complex? Why? because they never answer the phone! Long story short they don't handle their books properly, they harass tenants (and never are correct), and they don't answer the phone. So how can one rectify issues with this place? File suit, that's how! notify BBB-currently in the process of both! Also, there is nothing luxurious about this complex! P.S. you can get so much more in terms of living arrangements and customer service for what is paid at this place!
