I worked for Ruby Tuesdays 2020 Jan , 10th . I applied for unemployment but In order for me to get approved for unemployment I need my previous job to confirm that I did work here . The unemployment office has sent information to your home office. If you can please complete anything that was sent over for me and send it back to the unemployment office.
