May 8th, June 11 and 16, 2021 Case number: [protected] Applied for benefits in May 2021, Determination The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services has DISALLOWED the claimant's application for unemployment compensation benefits dated 05/08/2021. The claimant did not have at least twenty qualifying weeks of employment that was subject to an unemployment compensation law or did not earn an average weekly wage of at least $280 before taxes during the base period 04/01/2020 to 03/31/2021, as required by Section 4141.01(R)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code. This decision is related to qualification for regular UC benefits. I made less than $70, 000.Residence since 2019 and average pay was Net $860/week. I worked from home. I have sent my W2, and paystubs. I have called about the appeal and it has not even been looked at as of 7/28//2021
