UNDUE DELAY IN SERVICE
I'm the owner of a 'DIO' (Chassis No ME4JF39JGKG022696) with Registration Number KL64H8473. On 21 Jun 2021 I have handed over (after an accident) the vehicle to your Authorized Service Centre at Angamaly (in Ernakulam, Kerala) for repairs. On 28.06.2021 the surveyor from the insurance company (NIACL) did the inspection and placed the work order on the same day as the same was confirmed by him to me. After that I keep on contacting the Service centre by visiting and through telephone. But they say that they have not started the work as they have not received the required spares. Im facing a lot of problems and financial losses due to the non-availability of the vehicle. So please intervene and instruct the concerned people to do it URGENT. Thanking you in anticipation.
