A couple of weeks ago I attempted to return 2 ankle support products at $9.99 each and a lightbulb that didn't fit for $11.99. The customer service rep told me I couldn't because I was outside the 30-day return period. She said this policy was instituted "because of Covid." Nowhere on the receipt was a 30-day period stated. I find it strikingly dishonest that the store enforces a change in return policy and does not inform the customer. I still have the receipt and products would like a return/refund. I have shopped at King Soopers for more than 3 decades and this is the first time I must conclude your policies, at least this one, are arbitrary and dishonest. Please make it right.
