Underwhelming delivery almost a scam

Since Shopee's new 18/6/21 delivery policy, i can't get to choose courier for shipping. I live in sarawak, so all parcels from overseas are sent via ABX. Unfortunately 2 of the 4 items is still on hold while the other half is in transit and might suffer from the same issue. Complaining and giving personal details is hopeless at this point. They never reply to customers. They've been doing this for a while and we all should file a complaint to shopee @shopee.com.my, [protected]
