Undelivered purchase
On 723/21 I place an internet order -- #475219*-***300 == I was told via e-mail that it was delivered at 11:50am 7/26/21. The FedEx tracking number is 523829****10. Today is 7/28/21 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PURCHASE. If it was delivered,it was delivered to the wrong address. I paid for the item and I expect prompt, correct delivery. This is Wednesday. If this is not resolved by Friday -- Monday I will be talking to an attorney about a lawsuit against Walmart and FedEx for fraudulent marketing practice. I have been in Contact with FedEx and I get one of two responses:(a) the file is closed (b)wer will investigate I have heard nothing from them. I purchased from you. FedEx is your designated delivery agent. You are liable for their performance. Where is my package???
