Undelivered express order

Payed 15.00 to get my order in two days at a temporary address. Order will be delivered on Thursday instead of Tuesday and I am leaving on Wednesday. Called customer service and to customer service supervisor who was not able to do anything after spending 1 hour an 35 minutes. All he did was refund me the delivery cost and refused to even give me a discount. Horrible customer service and a waste of my time. Very disappointed with the treatment I got. User's recommendation: Trading your team how to take care of your client.
