Unbelievably incompetent customer service

We were a happy customer of Benefitmall. ADP acquired Benefitmall and assured us they would convert our data seamlessly to their product. Nearly every employee had the wrong accrual methods, invalid PTO plans, and the conversion manager won't answer my emails or calls. I've dealt with 6 different payroll companies and this is by FAR the worst customer service. User's recommendation: I would steer clear of ADP unless you have an army of payroll professionals familiar with the ADP product.
