I paid $2500 for this vacuum unit three years ago. The brush motor doesn't work, and the ONE service company in my area has put me off for over a month with one excuse after another. Never had such bad service. I sent an email to the company's website, but never heard back. There is no service link to provide help with tis on their webpage. At this point I want to throw it away and get a different vacuum. User's recommendation: Stay away from Vivenso.
