Jet blue canceled my flight and I did not receive any travel credit or refund. I have been on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Still holding and this is the third time I have tried to get through. Jet Blue is canceling flights and keeping the money. Why is the government not taking action. I cannot be the only one this has happened to. User's recommendation: Never book with Jet blue!
