Im a senior citizen and I do not drive the toll road. However during my car leasing period with Grubbs Infinity [protected] this dealership evidently used the toll road to pick up and deliver my car for oil changes without my knowledge or authorization. So after I received the only notice from NTTA in late 2015, I contacted Grubbs Infinity and notified them of this bill. I sent Grubbs the bill and they assured me they would pay the bill. I now have received a 2nd bill from NTTA 5/2016 wanting payment. please help...if you can.
