Unauthorized payments being taken

I have not been a client for 3 months. Then all of a sudden they started debiting my account again!? I reached out 3 eels ago when it first happened and I did not receive 1 email or phone call. And the money was never returned. Sure enough this morning wake up to an nsf charge, because they decided to do it again! Thats two payments, plus the nsf charge. I am on disability and a fixed income. And of course there is no one available on weekends to Talk to. Wtf!! Happy birthday to me sunlife, you suck a bighard one. User's recommendation: BOOOOO…Sunlife customer service is terrible and they don’t care.
