unauthorized electronic deductions

1

This is what I forwarded to Aiding Students Relief Program on [protected]. Hello, I have been trying contact your company/program regarding my cancelling ANY services with this program. I tried calling [protected] X228; [protected] and [protected], but these numbers are NOT IN SERVICE, also tried faxing the cancellation and received a message that the number isn't working. I mailed the cancellation to: Aiding Student Relief 600 Anton Blvd., Ste. 11th floor Costa Mesa, CA 92626 The document was returned stating it is an insufficient address/unable to forward. I consider this FRAUD and have notified my financial institution about this and they WILL NOT honor ANYMORE electronic deductions from my account. Will also contact legal counsel regarding this. I have also reported this to Navient. Regards, Ms. Elam
