On 6 Aug 2021 we had an amount of R829 deducted from our bank account, but have NEVER had anyone informing or requesting authorization from us. When I accessed my account online, your system shows the last historical entry to have occurred in Aug 2018 for R699. There is no transaction for the R829 deducted from our account. We have also requested the bank to investigate but have not heard anything thus far. I attach a copy of the bank transaction to which I refer.
