Unauthorized charges to my Chick-Fil-A app

Someone hacked into my Chick-Fil-A app and charged 850 dollars worth of food and downloading funds to my app!!! I had to go to my bank dispute the charge get a new card. I called Chick-Fil-A several times They said that someone will get in touch in with me and nobody has called me! It looks like this is a problem on their app and it looks couple of people has had the same issue
