Unauthorized access

At 9:05 pm on Friday, June 18 an optimum truck pulled up to my front lawn and unlocked the green box on my lawn and did something for about 20 minutes. Since then, my WiFi isnt working well and my best cameras are not alerting me of anything. Optimum has no record of a service request or of a truck in the area.
