Unauthorised bank charge

*SOLVED

I've never signed up with WLY*completesave.co.uk but late yesterday out of knowhere I was charged £15 and I haven't got a single clue why. I've tried going into the website to double check if I had signed up and I haven't. I'm absolutely fuming about being charged £15 for no reason. I want my money back right now, would be much appreciated. The money is needed to feed for myself this nexts week
