Hi. I have been made aware of unauthorised regular fees of £15 being debited from my account for the last 3 years. I am registered disabled and have recurring mental health issues. My wife takes care of my finances and had assumed that I had given my consent for these transactions. We struggle to make ends meet and would greatly appreciate a full refund.
