Unathorized Charges

I have never heard of this company, I have never contacted this company but I suddenly noticed charges on my account from this company . The company only refunded a portion of the fees. I am unable to determine if my credit card info was sold to them or how they obtained my credit card number to charge. User's recommendation: Suggest further investigation with Company before rendering service.
