Unapproved and Unrefunded Charges

Date of Incident: 01/25/2016 I initially called the company in November of 11/2015 to cancel my subscription. They canceled my subscription and they also indicated that the last shipment was going to be refunded. As of 01/25/2016 I received four boxes of the products. Therefore I called again the customer service number outlined in the order receipt [protected] to get a refund of the four boxes that I received from Nouvebelle containing Nouvebelle and Bellese respectively. They indicated that they had no record of the cancellation made back in November 11/2015 and they did not accepted the return of the four boxes of the unopened and unused boxes. They only provided the refund for one product (at $97 USD) and that the other 3 products were not going to be refunded. They withdrew from my checking account an amount of $291USD. I believe this company is a dishonest and fraudulent for not honoring my initial cancellation. Please don't give them your credit card information, because they will not be responsible with your money. Thank you for your consideration.
