Unanswered messages regarding unauthorized credit card charge

There is an unknown/unauthorized charge on my credit card to GoFundMe and I have sent several requests to them and can get no reply. I cannot imagine that they do not know who made this charge and they no doubt know that it was not me. User's recommendation: No recommendation...I am NOT a customer...just know they won't reply.
