Unannounced Auto renewal caused multiple bounce payments…..

As stated above. Cust service Abysmal at best. No offer to comp year membership...no offer to cover costs incurred. *** customer service. Same repetitive "sorrys' " over and over again, but no offer to repay for costs incurred. Bunch of *** *** No phone number. One email address....reaks of chicken *** management. Give em your money at your own risk.
