Unacceptable!!!!

Your company is completely unresponsive to your customers !!! A week ago my 6 month old KitchenAid refrigerator (under warranty) simply stopped working and emitted an unbearable gas. On 9/5 your Techician came and diagnosed the problem saying that the Condenser and evaporator needed to be replaced. A repair was scheduled for tomorrow 9/12 and I had to live without a fridge since then. To my surprise I receive a call today saying that you did not have the parts yet and no date was established for the repairs. After several and lengthy calls to your customer service, the only answer I received was “sorry we don’t know yet when we will come to repair”. The disruption of my life due to the poor quality of your product and service is unacceptable. Not having a date in sight to fix the problem is simply ridiculous but a reflection of how your company treat the customers. I sure hope you can solve my problem immediately to which request your attention. My service order is : SWPM9195****-* with WFCC* ADVANTAGE APPLIANCE
