I've placed 2 calls this morning after double checking the contact numbers for Customer Service Support. Both times the messages directed me to go online for that and provided no option for speaking to a real person. Yet the site lists numbers to call to have a real conversation, but from the looks of many other reviews, that doesn't happen. Shame on Microsoft. I will just find another company's products to spend my money on. User's recommendation: STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
