Unable to track refund details

I placed an order at the wrong address, then when it git delivered i realised that i placed it at wrong address then i cancelled it, now i have tracked the order and it has been returned but i can't track my refund details as it was prepaid order. Now i want to know till when i will get the refund and how can i track it. Please help asap.
