Unable to speak to live customer service personnel

My up-line does not help me to retrieve some information, so I tried to connect with WFG customer support directly. I tried all extensions, but they are all recordings and unable to speak to a live CS with every single extension. They are supportive ONLY when they make you become a member and collect money. This business is a scam. User's recommendation: Never recommend.
