Unable to receive lifeline discount

Original review updated by user Jun 28, 2021 I signed up and was approved for the $50 discount from the Government program lifeline. Spectrum has still not applied the discount, even after numerous phone calls with just plain hateful customer service employees. The constant emails from Spectrum stating my info. doesn't match, although I have given them my approval code from the government program and verified the correct info. There is no reason that my lifeline approval code did not let Spectrum verify my qualification and begin my program discount. User's recommendation: If you can use another provider do so.
