Unable to reach Parcel2Go

Hi I opened a claim for a non delivered/missing parcel (which luckily I insured) a month ago now and it keeps stating that I will get updated within a week. Well its been several weeks and the courier is not responding. It just keeps refreshing telling me to wait another week. The site states it has a live chat but theres no option to access it nor is there a way to call or email them. So frustrating. All emails are from a no reply mail.
