Unable to raise a human.

Update by user Oct 02, 2020 Lousy. Have spoken to agents twice over the past four weeks. Both assured me that a lien release letter had been mailed to me. Have received nothing. What else can I do to resolve this issue? Original review posted by user Sep 01, 2020 Completed payments on 2016 Tuscon 11 months ago. Have never received title. PA DMV needs a lien release letter, so they can send a duplicate certificate of title. User's recommendation: Don't buy a Hyundai.
