I am magically not able to login to my account and now I believe Im locked out. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to speak to someone and they put me on hold almost immediately after answering and then the call dropped. Did they hang up? Why didnt they call back? Super annoying. I just want my balance User's recommendation: Get a phone number to return dropped calls.
