I purchased 2 pints of Haagen Dazs vanilla bean ice cream. My freezer was originally set at -1 but after finding these pints were noticeably soft upon squeezing them 2 days later, I reset it to -8 degrees. Everything in the freezer is frozen solid except these 2 pints of ice cream. They have been in there for NINE days and remain soft, runny and mushy. What is in them, antifreeze?? User's recommendation: Avoid vanilla bean ice cream from this company.
