I made an account through a truck dealer with payment plans and still had items ordered then the dealer just vanished and never returned to the shop for 6 months and hasn't been back since. And just recently bumped my payment to $75 instead of $50 without my consent. And I don't have his info or anything, so I try to contact customer support and they are just completely useless. Always trying to shove the work to a different department. And not to mention one lady was super rude and wasn't helpful at all. User's recommendation: Wouldn't do payment plans, and also they charge and extra $200 just to have their logo on a tool that isn't even made by them that cost a quarter of the price.
