Unable to file claim for self-employed unemployment benefits

I am a self-employed owner of a business and life coaching/consulting business. I am the only employee. Since the beginning of March, I repeatedly go on the "connect" website to file for assistance and now the message I get is that I must fill out a work registration form. Since March, my business of coaching and consulting dried up. During this virus scare no one wants to start coaching, or has discontinued coaching and my income is now only social security which falls far short of meeting my expenses. When I talked to FL DEO they thought perhaps there is a problem verifying my employment since I am the employer. What should I do? I am really behind in my bills!!
