Unable to deactivate my account

I have been trying for days to reset my password so that I can cancel/deactivate my account. I have followed the instructions that have been provided to request a link to reset my password but have not received the email with the link. There is no phone number to contact the customer service department. It should not be that difficult! User's recommendation: Don’t forget your password.
