Have tried to find a web address for customer service, email address etc. My son purchased a new wallet as a gift for me. Style 31LV240012 and the first Id card I put in the see through screen it came apart at the seams. I never keep a receipt for such a small amount item so now I am stuck with a faulty wallet as the store wants a receipt. They suggested I contact you directly to see if you could resolve this.
