Unable to cancel trial

I signed up for the premium trial and never received any premium access. Then when I tried to cancel there was no response from the company. Then I was charged $99 for the subscription that I didnt want. Honestly I cant believe how garbage my experience has been with Houzz. I just want my money back and to move on with my life User's recommendation: Nope.
