I have attempted to cancel my membership the same day as I realized this was not the United States Postal system. Each attempt resulted in the display of an error message. I ended up calling. The person assured me he would send a confirmation email - never arrived. Supposedly, this site is endorsed by the USPS. Are they? Surely no government agency would endorse such a corrupt site. I have ended up closing my credit card I submitted, for I know they will attempt to charge it. Previously when I attempted to log in and could not I had to call. I am not sure of the mental competence of the person I reached for they could not spell the simplest of words and had to ask repeatedly what I had said. I believe my diction is stellar.
