There is no policies put in place for situation like mine. My mother is in a rehabilitation center before that she was on the hospital. My mother gave me permission to replace her card. Since it has been missed placed. The manger at the bank wouldnt give me no access. They insisted my mother had to come to the bank. SHE CANNOT! Which is why I came in her place. I even had her face time me on the phone. They still insisted. Even though I am responsible for her bills! This is ridiculous. If nothing is changed i will have no option but to switch her to a different bank.
