Unable login

Unable to log in &;;;; no online help, no chat &amp;amp;amp; no number to call. If I were not a senior citizen & customer for over 20 year I would find another long term healthcare insurance provider User's recommendation: Design & implement customer support that actually helps customers & implement tech support with tracking system. Provide customers actually helpful info. Since November 2020 have had NOTHING but trouble logging in & no competent customer service.
