I put credits on my mobile and by 1 or 2 calls, it goes all away. I have not taken any data or other services from ufone.why they are charging me such amounts. I received sms that dear customer you have used this mbs of data take this offer very often. I have not taken any data package from you or even I have not open My data connection. I am very worried from your services. I used to call your device 333 and they do not talk to me, my whole balance drain because of calling your customer care. What is this care?. I am very disappointed and further I decides not to charge any balance on my phone until you solve my problem. I am looking forward to your response. Please do it as soon as I want to do calls.
