I'm on replacement #3 now. They admit that the radios don't work and they don't know how to fix them. They swap them out over and over until you get lucky and get one that works. It takes a month to get one sent to the dealership every time you need one. The radio is more than just music, it's the backup camera, the controls for all of the car features. Without it the car is nearly undrivable. User's recommendation: Don't buy a Dodge. Ever.
