I have a 2019 Ram 1500 and the UConnect screen as well as the cluster screen is messing up. When the screen is on and switches to a different screen there is a ghost image from the previous screen for approximately 1-2 minutes before it fades away. For example, when the radio is on and I go into reverse, the backup camera comes on but I can still see the radio screen in the background, causing a safety issue when in reverse. I have called several times with this issue and it has not been resolved. I am told I am out of luck. Please fix! The dealership said they think I need a new screen, however with the cluster doing the same thing I doubt a new screen will fix the issue.
