I Aman Kumar Saini resident of New Delhi bought MRF BIke rear tyre from the dealer- BMk 218, Giri nagar, Kalka Ji, New Delhi- 110019 nearly around a year ago. The tyre got a side crack within a year and that too when i didn't drove much due to Corona Pandemic lockdown. I went to dealer regarding 6 year warranty of my tyre. Initially he started arguing with me and wont listen to my complaint. After he accepting the complaint he told me to wait till the company review my complaint and reply for my claim. Today i got a message where the company accepted my claim and willing to pay me just Rs 669. I bought the tyre around Rs 2000 and the company only willing to pay just Rs 669 in just 1 year warranty time.
