Two tone All Faded and has mildew

This cover leaks and now have mildew on the inside. Its not even a year old and the two tone blue and grey are now all going grey color. The most expensive boat cover I bought and its really terrible. Its also too long, and a bad fit. I want a refund or send me a new one.
