Two separate balloon bouquet deliveries

I ordered two appointments bouquets for my grandchildren. They were to be delivered on the 16th and 19th. When I called about the bouquets not being delivered on the 16th, I also asked about the delivery for the 19th and was assured there was no problem with that delivery. Well today, the 19th, I got another "we are so sorry" email saying it too could. It be delivered on time! I will stay away from this untrustworthy company...just a hassle. And the surprise for my grandchildren was ruined.
